Today i’m going back home for the summer (4 months). I was eating pretty healthy from january, but most days we were eating lunch out. Usually i had ‘the healthiest food’ on the menu, but we all know that food in restaurants isn’t really the best.
From tomorrow on, i will only eat food prepered at home. And my summer food will mostly consist on greek yogurt/oatmeal for breakfast, fish/chicken for lunch, soup/chicken for dinner. My mother also agree that we will buy stationary bike. Yay :)
It took me about 140 days to lost 22 kg (48 lbs).
Now i have 128 days till i’m going back to university and i would like to lose at least 15-20 kg more. Better food, more cardio and workouts, and i’m hoping for the best results.
